How it works
Confirmed with the bank before anything is released.
Payment messages can be faked; a bank's own answer can't. So every payment ends with Ultra Pay asking ZB Bank, with our own credentials, what really happened.
The customer chooses
On our checkout, under the product's own name: a prompt to their phone, an InnBucks code, or ZB Bank's secure card page.
ZB Bank collects
The customer approves with their PIN or card. Ultra Pay never sees a PIN or card number.
We ask ZB directly
A callback alone never counts. Only a status check showing the full amount, in the right currency, marks it paid.
The product releases
The product gets a signed notice, checks it, and releases the order. Paid twice? It is flagged for a refund.

What Ultra Pay does not do today.
- Real payments start when ZB Bank completes our merchant onboarding and issues production access. Until then this runs on ZB's sandbox.
- Refunds are made in the ZB Bank merchant portal. Ultra Pay flags duplicate charges; it does not send money back itself.
- Payouts to suppliers, drivers or partner stores are not part of Ultra Pay.
- Settlement follows ZB Bank's terms for each merchant account. Ultra Pay does not hold funds.
